Personal Training

We offer private lessons in Self-Defense, Kickboxing, or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Personalized instruction will help your child achieve their self defense, martial arts, or personal goals.  These lesson are also great for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specialized needs.  Private lessons will dramatically, and quickly, increase your technique.  Group lessons are also available. KICKBOXING

Rothwell’s Kickboxing is an integration of Boxing, Kickboxing, & Muay Thai stand-up techniques. Punches, kicks, elbows, and knees are applied in self-defense, competition, and functional fitness.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a strategic, relatively nonviolent method of self-defense.  It utilizes leverage, locks and holds that neutralize bigger, stronger opponents.
