MMA Team Focus
Put what you learned in Kickboxing and BJJ into practice during MMA Team training. Live sparring and grappling will quickly improve your technique, speed, and prowess. Wrestling, Judo, and cage work round out the MMA practice. You must have prior experience in MMA, Kickboxing, and/or BJJ to participate. This team is by invitation only and you must be a current Rothwell MMA member to join the MMA Team.
