Lindsay Before/After
Lindsay is a dedicated “Kick Fitter” who attends class rain or shine, even challenging herself with 2 classes in one night! She is always organizing and attending Kick Fit group outings and is a big cheerleader for Rothwell MMA. Lindsay says, “Today is my 1 yr Anniversary at the best place on the planet, Rothwell MMA. Top thing I’m most thankful for this year is Rothwell MMA. I couldn’t have found a much better place to call home, and a fantastic group of friends to call Family – especially when mine are out of state. I have never been so dedicated and committed to something in my life other than my job. Rothwell MMA is more than a gym, it’s a way to escape from the stress or craziness of work, friends, and everyday life. The instructors and other members are always so refreshing, positive and full of joy. I know the minute I step foot in the gym whatever happened that day stays outside the door, I get a whole new attitude and vibe!
I wouldn’t have made it this far if it wasn’t for my BEST workout partner, Lana. Thank you Chrissy for constantly twisting my arm for a whole year before I committed to join. THANK YOU for putting up with crazy unique workout moves and believing in me. Most importantly, thanks to the 5 instructors: James, Taylor, CJ, Jordan, and Bennett. Each and every one of you have helped me in some way shape or form and for that I’m beyond thankful!!
Within the year I have learned sooo much more than just physical strength but also mental strength. I have lost 30lbs, gained more energy, and everyday I look forward to going to the best gym on the planet. The picture above was me on New Years Eve 2016 vs. 2017. I can’t wait to see what the next year at Rothwell MMA brings!! Time to kick some A** and SWEAT at Kick Fit!!!“
