Understanding Our Termination Policy

At Rothwell MMA, we require a 30-day written notice for terminating your monthly gym membership. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and provide the best service to all our students. Please complete the form below with all required details to initiate the termination process.

As a reminder, the monthly membership agreement states: “Member may terminate Membership after the minimum Term of 1 Months. To terminate, Member must: 1) contact Club to submit a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to termination; and 2) pay all Membership Dues and fees prior to termination. The signed termination notice will be effective on the last day of the month which is at least thirty (30) days from the date of submission. Oral termination or termination by any other media is not valid.”

For example: if termination form is submitted June 20th, the last automatic membership payment will be on July 1st and membership privileges will end July 31st.

Hold Option

We also offer membership holds for up to 3 months. Your card will be charged a $5/month hold fee in place of the membership dues. Membership privileges and automatic billing will automatically resume after hold period. If interested, please state this in the message box below.
