Kick Fit

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Kick Fit is a 60-minute class that will work your entire body and torch calories. We mix up kettle bells, TRX suspension training, battle ropes, light weights, and body weight exercises to help you get in the best shape of your life. Learn some basic kickboxing techniques on the heavy bags while building and toning muscle, burning fat, and having fun. We adjust exercises to accommodate all levels, injuries, and speeds. This class is designed for all levels, beginners especially. No prior experience necessary. Come prepared to sweat!
