Our Yoga classes are designed for men and women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. We offer a gentle, flowing Yoga on Monday and Fridays from 5:30-6:30pm.  Yin Yoga, a slow form of yoga, combines deep stretching with relaxing meditation.  Join us for Yin Yoga on Wednesdays from 6:45-8:00pm.
