ROTHWELL RECIPES
Tuna & White Bean Salad: an easy, protein-packed meal.
Ingredients:
2 cans Tuna
1 can White Cannelini Beans
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1-2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
To taste Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
Drain tuna. Rinse white beans. Gently mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
