Almond Joy Smoothie:
an easy, sweet treat that’s great for post-workout recovery.
Ingredients:
8 oz. Coconut Almond Milk
1 serving Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Frozen banana
1 C. Spinach
1/4 C. Shredded Coconut
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
optional: Stevia or Sweetener of choice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a vitamix/blender/food processor. Enjoy!
