Ben Acai Bowl

 

A Brazilian Favorite: the Acai Bowl.  Ben and his teammates enjoyed at least one acai bowl per day while in Sao Paulo, Brazil for UFC on FX 7Here is our take on the Brazilian treat:

Ingredients:

8 oz.     Frozen acai fruit

1/2        Frozen banana

1/4 C.   Blueberries

2 oz.     Coconut water

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender/food processor. Top with fruit and nuts if desired.  Enjoy!
