Strength & Conditioning will exercise your body in movements similar to those in your sport as well as movements that will increase overall athletic performance.

For example, we use Stroops resistance bands during Wrestling takedown drills.  In takedowns, one of the biggest weaknesses of many wrestlers is not being able to complete the takedown; in other words, they cannot maintain pressure on the opponent until he has been taken down completely. Stroops’ Takedown resistance bands are designed to help wrestlers move more quickly and powerfully. The Takedown’s constant yet immediate pressure simulates an opponent leaning or pushing against the wrestler, which gives them the strength and urgency to master the takedown to completion.

Our program will improve athletic performance across all sports; from Wresling, to Football, to Basketball, Track, Swimming, Ballet, Gymnastics, etc.
