Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a sport that develops self-defense, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, & confidence. You will learn proper breathing techniques, body movement, & basic BJJ positions.
Beginner BJJ is for adults with no experience – starting at square one. Due to popularity, we added the Monday/Wednesday beginner class to the schedule.
