Ladies Kick Fit Begins SEPTEMBER 2014!

Description: Women Only. Learn basic self-defense techniques while building and toning muscle, burning fat, and having fun. This is a 45 minute class that will work your entire body and help you torch calories. We mix up Kickboxing, body weight, TRX suspension, and many other techniques to help you get in the best shape of your life. This class is designed for all levels, beginners especially. No prior experience needed. Come prepared to sweat!
