Want to learn how to defend yourself like the fighters you watch in the octagon?

In Beginner MMA, students learn techniques of the world’s most realistic and well-rounded self-defense sport. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines techniques from kickboxing, wrestling, judo, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

This MMA class is for beginners; no experience is necessary. There will not be any ‘fighting’ and all contact is light and requires full protective equipment. Professional MMA competitors instruct each class.

Tuesdays: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Thursdays: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Fridays: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 – 11:00 am
