Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a sport that develops strength, endurance, balance, coordination, confidence, and self-control.
Adult Beginner BJJ welcomes students 14+ years. This is for beginners with no experience, starting at square one- a great class for those who may be intimidated by the mixed level class! Rothwell teaches proper breathing techniques, body movement, basic positions, and the foundations of BJJ. There is no grappling or rolling, only technique, in this beginner class. After some time in this Beginner BJJ class, you will be prepared to advance into the next level BJJ class.
