Kick Fit


Kick Fit is a 60-minute class that will work your entire body and help you torch calories. Learn basic  kickboxing techniques while building and toning muscle, burning fat, and having fun. We mix up body weight exercises, kettlebells, TRX suspension, and many other exercises to help you get in the best shape of your life. We adjust exercises to accommodate all levels, injuries, and speeds. This class is designed for all levels, beginners especially. No prior experience needed. Come prepared to sweat!
