FREE Yoga classes during the month of April!
Join us for beginner/mixed-level yoga classes to improve your flexibility, coordination, strength and balance, while relaxing your mind and body.
Wednesday’s Yin Yoga class is a slower yoga that holds a pose (usually seated) for 3-5 minutes to allow a stretch of the connective tissue, increasing range of motion over time. Yin Yoga is great for athletes, beginners, as well as anyone who feels stiff or tight in their back, hips, or legs.
Yoga Classes held:
Monday’s from 5:15 – 6:15 pm
Tuesday’s from 8 – 9 am
Wednesday’s Yin Yoga from 6:45 – 8:00 pm
Thursday’s from 8 – 9 am
Saturday’s from 9 – 10:15 am
