Rothwell Mixed Martial Arts is now offering Cardio Kickboxing.  It is a high-energy, aeorbic, non-contact kickboxing class for women and men of all ages and abilities.  Cardio Kickboxing focuses on fundamental kickboxing techniques, strength building, and aerobic conditioning.
